“Turn it off! Turn it off!” Song Yinyin shouted anxiously.

Song Qingtian gave Song Yinyin a disdainful, regal smile.

“This time you believe me, right? I’m being completely sincere about this collaboration.”

After hearing the recording, Song Yinyin was so shocked she nearly lost her composure—how could she possibly dare to challenge Song Qingtian now? All she could do was nod frantically.

At the time, she had been far too confident, convinced her plan would never fail, which is why she’d stepped in personally. Still, she had taken precautions: she’d used a voice changer, figuring that if Ling Hanyu confronted her later, she’d flatly deny everything.

But she hadn’t expected the voice changer to malfunction—the recording that came out from Song Qingtian’s end still sounded exactly like her own voice.

In truth, Song Yinyin had simply panicked and lost her composure. The recording Song Qingtian had prepared had actually been meticulously processed. Originally, the voice would have been unrecognizable; Song Qingtian had worked with technicians, providing them with Song Yinyin’s actual voice so they could reconstruct it perfectly.

“Tomorrow’s the weekend. Come over to my place, and I’ll create an opportunity for you to spend some time with Ling Hanyu.”

“Okay.”

Then Song Qingtian lowered her voice and leaned closer to Song Yinyin. “You’ve got that drug, right? Bring it along next time—just like the last time you wore my clothes to seduce Ling Hanyu.”

Song Yinyin blushed at being so directly exposed by Song Qingtian, but she still nodded.

Song Qingtian had done it on purpose—she wanted to embarrass Song Yinyin. After all, it wasn’t just those clothes before; even the aphrodisiac incense and pills she’d used were all gifts from Song Yinyin!

“Alright, now that we’ve cleared everything up, let’s all be good sisters from now on. Once Ling Hanyu and I get divorced, I’ll send you some wedding candies.”

With that, she grabbed her bag and walked away with effortless grace. Song Yinyin stood there for a moment, wanting to follow, but the shopkeeper stopped her to settle the bill. That damn Song Qingtian—she’d even managed to pull a fast one on her!

As Song Yinyin watched Song Qingtian walk off, she felt a bit flustered. It seemed she really had changed—much smarter than before. Fortunately, she no longer liked Ling Hanyu, and she was even going to create more opportunities for herself.

Thinking of this, Song Yinyin felt delighted and headed straight to the mall. She picked out a Chanel-style dress tailored to Ling Hanyu’s taste—even though the outfit was outrageously expensive.

The next day, Song Yinyin arrived as promised. She showed up at just the right moment: Song Qingtian was in the kids’ room, building blocks with Nuonuo, while Ling Hanyu sat nearby, poring over some documents. His brow was slightly furrowed, giving him an especially masculine air.

Song Yinyin tiptoed over, greeted everyone, and then moved closer to Ling Hanyu.

“Jiefu, is it something related to the Company? Is there anything I can help with?”

Song Qingtian cast them a quick glance. As expected of the female lead, Song Yinyin looked absolutely stunning in her pale yellow knee-length dress, which made her skin look as smooth as cream and perfectly matched her gentle, demure demeanor.

Sure enough, Ling Hanyu’s gaze shifted immediately.

Ling Hanyu also noticed Song Qingtian’s look and, recalling how much she’d always disliked his interactions with Song Yinyin, lifted his chin slightly.

“Let’s go to the Study,” he said.

Song Yinyin smiled even more gently and nodded.

“I’m just glad I can help you, Jiefu.”

When Song Qingtian saw the two of them leave together as a perfect match, she breathed a huge sigh of relief. She’d been so worried earlier that Ling Hanyu, that dog of a man, wouldn’t play along.

Song Qingtian happily continued building blocks with Nuonuo, only to find Nuonuo glaring at her.

“Mommy, you’ve changed! Don’t you love Daddy anymore? You used to get so mad whenever Auntie was with Daddy, but now you’re smiling!”

Ling Hanyu heard this too. He deliberately slowed down, eager to hear what Song Qingtian would say.
