Chapter 24: Chapter 24
Qin Qinxi, of course, caught a glimpse of it—and she knew exactly what he was trying to do.
Her body tensed as she watched the man draw closer to her.
Vio’s hand, which had been resting on her lower back, slid forward, closing the distance between them until they were practically pressed together.
He glanced down at her, a smirk playing on his lips.
“When we’re on the ship,” he said, lifting his gaze to meet hers, “did anyone ever teach you how to attend to guests?”
Qin Qinxi, of course, knew exactly what he was getting at.
Those five hours—aside from the medical exam, it was all training. The content of that training made her want to dig her toes into the ground in shame just thinking about it now.
And yet, knowing full well that she’d been through that training, he still chose to insult her so blatantly.
She understood. He was deliberately crushing her dignity.
But she didn’t dare retort. After all, she was the weaker party. And he was the one who could kill her at any moment.
“Yes…” She said, a single tear slipping down the corner of her eye.
Vio frowned.
Why was she so prone to tears? It was only a simple question!
“So which position would you like to try now?” Qin Qinxi asked.
Vio didn’t even notice his ears turning red.
He paused for a few seconds, then let out a light laugh.
“Whatever you’re good at,” he said. “It’s up to you.”
“Alright.” Qin Qinxi sat up straight.
Then, she reached out with both hands and wrapped them around his neck.
The man’s eyes widened slightly. Before he could react, the woman sealed her lips over his.
He didn’t move. He just let her kiss him—neither resisting nor yielding.
Vio lowered his gaze to her closed eyes, her trembling lashes.
Although he wasn’t returning her kiss, his hands were anything but steady. The large hand that had been resting on her thigh slowly slipped beneath her skirt.
With a single press—
Qin Qinxi’s toes curled up.
She shuddered, twisted slightly, ready to pull away.
But then he reacted.
Vio’s hand, which had been on her lower back, swiftly slid to the back of her head, pressing her face back against his and holding her firmly in place, preventing her from moving even a fraction of an inch.
This time, he took the lead. His kiss was urgent and rough, leaving her breathless.
Qin Qinxi’s hands slid down from his neck and braced themselves against his solid chest, trying to push him away.
But fear overwhelmed her.
She didn’t dare.
So she could only lean lightly against his chest, wanting to push but too afraid to do so.
The man released her lips and immediately began tearing at her clothes.
The garment she’d struggled for ages to get off was quickly reduced to tatters by his hands.
The sound of ripping fabric echoed painfully in the bathroom.
Fragments fell to the floor, scattered along the edge of the sink, and landed on her legs.
The white cotton fabric was pushed aside by his fingers.
Qin Qinxi watched, trembling, as he pulled the phone from his pants pocket and set it on the counter.
He hadn’t even taken off his shirt—he was going straight for the real thing.
Qin Qinxi squeezed her eyes shut, already bracing herself for the pain that was about to come.
Suddenly, the phone on the counter rang.
Vio froze for a moment.
He frowned, impatiently picked up the phone, glanced at the screen, and hung up.
He tossed the phone back onto the counter.
Just as he was about to lean in again, the phone rang once more.
This time, Vio really lost his temper.
He grabbed the phone and turned it off outright.
The screen went black. He slammed the phone down on the counter.
Then, he pressed the back of Qin Qinxi’s head and kissed her again, while his other hand gripped her thigh.
She clung to him like this, tightly closing her eyes and enduring it all.
A little over ten seconds later…
“Boss!”
A voice came from outside.
Muffled through the door, but unmistakably Bali’s.
“Boss! Are you there, boss?”
Vio whirled around to look at the bathroom door.
Qin Qinxi followed his gaze, then slowly turned her eyes back to the man.
